1. Who we are

These terms apply to all coaching services sold on kizzitalk.com by Kizzi Nkwocha EI, trading as Business Game Changer Magazine ("Kizzi Talk", "we"), SIRET 813 208 790 00010, 2 Rue de la Roche, 23400 Bourganeuf, France. Contact: thisiskizzi@outlook.com.

Sessions take place on Zoom, Google Meet or Zencastr, between 9am and 5pm Paris time. The programme is normally completed within 8–12 weeks. If you continue to the programme within [30] days of a diagnostic session, the €45 is deducted from the programme price.

Coaching develops communication skills. We do not guarantee a particular result, such as a promotion, job offer, exam score or business outcome.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros. TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI. The price that applies is the one shown when you book.

4. Booking and payment

You book through the booking calendar on the site. Paid services are paid in full when you book, by card through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your booking is confirmed by email, together with these terms.

5. Rescheduling and cancellation by you

You can reschedule or cancel a session up to 24 hours before it starts, free of charge, using the link in your confirmation email. A session cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed, counts as delivered.

6. Cancellation by us

If we have to cancel a session, we will offer a new time. If none suits you, we will refund that session in full.

7. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of booking, without giving a reason. To do so, send a clear statement to thisiskizzi@outlook.com. You may use the withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.

If sessions start within the 14 days: at checkout you can ask us to start before the 14 days are over by ticking an (unticked) box. In that case:

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method.

8. Refunds outside the withdrawal period

After 14 days, unused programme sessions are not refundable, except where we cancel (article 6) or in case of serious illness or similar circumstances, which we will consider fairly.

9. Your responsibilities

Please join sessions on time with a working internet connection, camera and microphone. Sessions start and end at the booked time if you join late.

10. Materials

Notes and exercises we give you are for your personal use. Please don't share or resell them.

11. Personal data

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

12. Complaints and mediation

If you have a complaint, write to thisiskizzi@outlook.com first; we will reply within [14] days. If we cannot resolve it, you can refer the matter free of charge to our consumer mediator: [MEDIATOR NAME, ADDRESS AND WEBSITE — membership pending with CNPM Médiation Consommation or CM2C].

13. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country.
